My guess is that this is a requirement in a contract. Perhaps high rated airlines will have requirements like “1 lounge, 1 hangar, 2 stands” or something like that.
Thank you for the important feedback! This is difficult for us to have 100% control over. Firstly, it’s crowd sourced, meaning that anyone can attempt translating the game. As @OKChris pointed out, some bad ones slip through. Secondly, we don’t speak the language ourselves and rely on community feedback (such as yours), discussions and Localizor moderators. The mods have the ability to manage terminology (e.g. technical terms that should always be translated the same) and delete suggestion, steering the translation to become high quality.
Currently it’s not anyone for Russian so please DM me if you (or anyone else!) want to be a Moderator for your native language, I’ll set it up!
Why we’ve chosen to use Localizor and crowd-sourcing in the first place was because we tried with an actual company for the German translation, resulting in similar mistakes we’ve been discussing here. It therefore made sense to use the knowledge about both the gameplay in ACEO and aviation in general that our community has and get you guys involved! We are really impressed with the speed and quality we’re getting from you and want to make it work for the final product.
Also, I want to add that we’re are currently at the very last stages of the Alpha development, implementing the last features, meaning there wont be too many new lines of text to translate, probably making the process simpler going forward.
Those are for airline specific negotiation points introduced in A36. The variable is the name of the airline, e.g. “Forest Air hangar”.

Thanks for the effort. I am interested in relation to the game. Maybe my memory is bad, but I remember that one is present in the game, in the form of small, medium and large, and allows you to serve a certain number of flights, and about the second I cannot remember, namely, what function it performs in the game.
ATC is already in the game. Radars are coming in Alpha 36.

I see the translation option in the localizer, approved by the participants in the translation, in the amount from 3 to 9, but it contains either spelling errors or semantic errors, due to which it is impossible to understand anything. I want to delete this translation, write the correct one, from my point of view, and block it so that it will be in the current version of the game.

In general, google translate so well translates the last added part that we just have to give it its due. Here are just the translated phrases themselves, remain in a status that does not allow sending the translated part to the game for further testing.

Is this text part of another text? I don’t know about other languages, but in Russian, if the text is a separate sentence, it starts with a capital letter and ends with a period(.).
- I’m pretty sure it is only a part of a sentence.
When there is an issue a notification pops up saying something like “There is a problem because no check in desk is connected to a stand.” or something like that.

What kind of “super large”? If we are talking about the stand, then we have the “large” - the largest.
This string is old and should have been removed. Sadly, there won’t be any larger stands than what we have.

Thank you very much. Apparently it was planned to service the AN-225, but then they changed their minds.

It’s acceptable in English, bigger and larger are effectively interchangable, bigger maybe just sounds more childish. In this particular case, bigger is probably preferable as large is used to as a noun to describe a stand (large stand), so better to use a different word as an adjective.

English graduate here - I would use ‘larger’ instead of ‘bigger’ in this instance.

No, they are synonymous regular adjectives. ‘Larger’ is more formal and usually used in written situations. ‘Bigger’ is more for spoken word.
