It would be cool if this could be implemented.
On each checkin desk to choose airline or if it is too difficult choose the gate that desk is assigned for.
why do i say this… atm in the game have strange thing happen where pax line up all the way to exit to one desk in a huge que. while other desks are open and they dont go there to check in…
by assigning the desks to gates maybe can speed up process of check-in.

I know there’s some suggestions already for multi-terminal support, but one thing I don’t see yet is being able to specify check-in desks ability to select gates.
Two thoughts I had:
you could either tie a desk to the gate same way you tie boarding desks. But I don’t think check-in desks are used for the entirety of a flight’s time?

A cool feature would be to be able to have different airlines choose their check-in assignments depending on airline budget, airline size, and terminal space.
Say my airport has NAS, and Maple, and is a hub for Air Strada, and a focus city for SkyLink. Maybe because SkyLink has a focus city, there are too many options for each flight to have their own desk, but maybe a desk serves 3 flights, since that would be suitable to the size of their operations.…
