First of all, I do realise I am posting this several hours early. Please excuse me, I would of forgotten my questions otherwise.
Q: What do I mean by Airport Operations?
A: I mean like all the steps you need to go through in order to get ready for departure and when you land! Take for example I was on a 10h 30m flight from LHR - LAX, (Heathrow to Los Angeles) I would have to go through Check-in, Security, Boarding, Arrivals, Customs, Baggage Reclaim and pick up!
