If you mean by ‘industry flights’ cargo flights, you’re question is already discussed on the forum:
Are there any plans for a cargo handling facility, with the associated terminals? One could include lorry docks and similar, plus of course dedicated cargo planes. One could also imagine the game having belly cargo on passenger a/c that should be transported to the cargo terminal

Security - If you already use the Prison Architect engine or something alike, how about adding prison or holding cells to the airport. Maybe even interrogation rooms as well.
This could add up with training staff (if implemented) and go both ways, for arriving passengers that have to go through some kind of immigration and those that go through security and maybe…have so…
