@Andy @dallas I’m having the same issues with remote stands too, just refuse to connect for no reason. The whole international zoning and realistic stand assignment leaves me confused.
I had to close all stands, remove all gate desk connections and then check if it’s an international zone and start all assignments from scratch.
It removed several times the international zone.
I just had to:
- zone as international and put emigration/immigration
- enable the “real” gameplay setting
- enable the stands as international (in the moment when it doesn’t a plane at the stand)
And it worked fine
Intuitive
Without the “real” mode on only large stands are international so is a little clearer
and medium stands depending on whether the assigned boarding desk(s) are in international zoning right?
Only if you enable the realistic option. If not then it’s just large stands as I understand - not actually tried it with out real mode on
Now I’m completely confused! I thought medium stands were either or depending on the zoning over the boarding desks. I think with the wealth of new assets this update brings, it’s probably best to start a new airport.
Do you guys recommend having the realistic option on?
Guys is it just my system or evryone its very Laggy when demolishing foundation and walls just happens for these two the game hangs for at least 2 minutes?

The game works fine without the realistic option on without getting stuck on “loading game world” it just adds some extra features/complexity to the game
@awtkn for Mac you can press Option key to show the configure window when opening ACEO. Not sure what it is for Windows…

That’s why it is locked behind a setting and only intended for people who are experienced with the game 
It’s probably the security zones problem. The game generate a lot of different secure zones and it’s laggy. When you’re building press the Z button so it’s less laggy. If you want 0 lag you should restart the game
Yet by ticking the box for more experienced players you make the gameplay, in my eyes, simpler? But anyway…

Been trying so much so solve it. I saved and reloaded. I tried deleting and rezoning and so on. Might try some more stuff i can think of. I also sent in a bug report.

Trying to connect Boarding Desk to Shuttle Buss stop still failing. I’ve tried everything. Submitting a Bug Report.
This has been the must unfun update ever. So many problems with the new zoning system. Not ready for release or inadequately tested, I’m afraid.
That’s why it has not been released to the default branch. It’s experimental. 
In that branch you have to expect issues.
