I have the same question… 
de icing trucks get stuck on the de icing pads after several services. The stucked trucks do not work anymore. (still can’t use the bug report tool).

In the Operations screen. Activate Catering and Cleaning there. Then purchase Catering and Cleaning Trucks. Build Waste Disposal and Food Supply Buildings.
If you also want De-icing, activate De-icing Operations; buy De-icing Truck; build De-icing Fluid Building and De-icing Pads.
What if you put your catering on -2 and create tunnels from there? so, you force (extra) routes for them?
What happened to the game? After an update I can only play a couple of minutes (sometimes seconds) before almost every passenger and employee just freeze. If I restart the game I can play seconds/minutes before everyone freeze again
I need a bug report with a save to be able to investigate further. I can’t really help you otherwise. 
I have the same issue. Bugreport ACEO-15441
Just did, ACEO-15452 . I tried the game again now, and pushed full gamespeed, it worked for around 2 minutes before everybody decided to freeze again.

That’s right.
It’s not straight-forward if you compare it to fuel, shops, restaurants, and baggage handling, which you have to procure (even in multiple steps).
I’m not a fan of that procurement mechanism, I think if you have enough money, you should be allowed to buy it…

I’m getting this problem as well I’ve submitted 2 bug reports already but this bug has rendered my save unplayable
same issue here, only a couple minutes of play and every just freezes

We can’t trun any object after the update, almost nothing to build anything in new in the airport.
I can rotate everything.
Which version are you on?
Even on default branch 31.8-1 this issue is there.
