Why does almost every single piece of baggage get destroyed when taken through screening? Even with fully 100% energy security guards (which pretty much never happens) it still only lets like 2 bags through per flight. I think it is very rare for a bag to get destroyed before being loaded, but why does it happen so much? It is really annoying seeing so many people check bags but then on the aircraft it says “Baggage loading completed” with 0 bags.
So what I’m saying is, the game should not have so many bags be dangerous and get destroyed.
That as you know does not sound quite right. Is this on every flight? Does it happen after a S&RL? Assuming noting is out of the ordinary, and I know you have more than not, got it set up correct, if it still happens after seeing the setup, sounds like a bug report candidate.
I’ve experienced this as well, but only with small aircraft. There are far less baggage being loaded onto aircraft compared to baggage being offloaded the airplanes.
Have bags go through level 1 scanner first, have rejected bags from that scanner go through all 5 specific scanners in series. Have the rejected bags each of the specific scanners go through a manual inspection. Have the reject from that manual inspection go to the destroyer.
I’ve even added a second manual inspection on both the reject and accept conveyors after the manual station just in case my manual scanner security officer was having an off day. Make sure your security officers are max trained and fire any that don’t get a full green bar when fully trained.
I observed that it took about ten dangerous bags for one bag to be considered safe. All my check-ins are automated, with the chute opening up at the baggage drop-off but no bags being dropped off. It seems very few people have safe baggage.
I haven’t seen this in medium aircraft. Maybe the dangerous bag ratio can be decreased or passengers will bring more baggage? Should I file a bug report? @EvanTheCEO Did you experience something similar to this?
Actually, if I didn’t have security, the aircrafts would not have been able to takeoff from being overweight with illegal baggage! And I would be fined half a million per day!
