Will the Devlogs always be released on Thursday? Or Tuesday? I am just curious because of the delayed release

Typically they are Monday evenings in the USA or early Tuesday morning in Europe. This week is different because they wanted to square away several issues they were working on and have a better feel for what lies ahead.
