I’m very new to this game and after looking at the post “What does this mean 11?” I have looked at my Stand,boarding desk and the zones and it looks good I just don’t know what’s the problem.I don’t know what this Symbol Means.
It means that Passengers or Staff can’t access to the stand.
- Check yur secure area coverage.
- Check your security. Are they working? Do you have special security check for staff?
- Does your airport have enough staff?
I have had this come up on newly built medium stands even though the planes were being dealt with and sent on their way. I usually just save and reload and it normally clears.
