I believe this has been discussed before. The issue (as I understand it) is that once a mod is uploaded to Steam for this game, updates to the mod cannot be uploaded, and therefore forwarded on to you. A workaround is to find the mod files for this, and replace the 757 model from another airline you know works (I did Delta). This works until Steam re-updates your mods, but I believe you can disable mod updates to mitigate that happening again. Hope this helps.

ACEOMM Steam version is bugged and due to a problem on Steam Workshop I cannot upload fixed version of ACEOMM 1.0.0.3.
If you want you can use Native version.
This bug has been fixed on ACEOMM 1.0.1.0. Both Steam Workshop and Native editions are released.
