I have two suggestions for adding more money schemes err I mean methods.

Hotels - Some airports I have gone to (China PEK for example) will have a place that you can rent a room for some time while you wait for a flight. You can book it hourly depending on how long your layover is and it would be a great service to provide your sleepy guests (or staff >.>)

Advertisements - Would be nice if we could unlock a billboard feature where you can accept contracts to display advertisements (i.e major brands or even local events). It would also be fun for their to be incidents where the local government needs you to advertise some major event like the Olympics or a convention which would cause a spike of guests meaning you’d need to make sure there would be enough staff/vehicles.
