Question: Is Swiftly supposed to be part of the Stripe Air/Stripe Air Regional group? If not, why does it have the same IATA code (SA)?

Fixed in A35.5-2 - Swiftly is now IATA code SW
Confirmed in my A35.5-3 build (on Experimental)

Did you cancel your contract? You might have to do this before it updates.
Although this re-signing of contracts with every change is annoying, I suspect it has something to do with preventing corrupt saves when mods are not available.
