Not sure whats caused it but I’ve got a Cessna 208 Stuck at one of my gates with a status of “unknown”.
Same here, I build a commercial stand connect everything etc. and now the plane parks passengers wait and its just stuck. By the look of things service engineers cant get to the plane somehow? anyways unplayable now.
Status is: Boarding Closed… plane just stuck now
Happened to me too. It seems to be that your technicians haven’t reach the aircraft to perform final inspection. I had that issue with 2 aircraft, when one was inspected it departed, then the other started inspection. It seems to be just about having enough staff, remember they have shifts.
I got this when i turned off baggage when there was baggage ready to board the plane, sorry to admit, i couldn’t get it to go.
I wasn’t offering either bagage or inspection checks at the time it got stuck.
Hmmmmm it could be any number of issues so I would try the following things:
- Set the flight planner to “Always send away”.
- Clear any taxiway nodes in the debut menu (F10) or experiment with the time out functions.
- Check there are no other flights taxiing that might have reserved a path behind the stuck plane.
But also @Autumnus is right, if you’re understaffed you might not have service rounds completing, or the agents might not be making it to the stand (this should have been fixed in recent patches though).
So after you’ve tried all those things, just save and reload to see if that makes any kind of difference. Hopefully it does, but it could be so many issues so I’m not entirely certain
