My staff won’t do anything. They’re just stand at the entrance and complain. The only ones that do is the security. Also they complain they can’t access security but its in a wide open space. I’m at a complete loss.
I guess you have a problem with the zones. They are in a zone and cannot enter the other (secure) zone.
Maybe you can push ‘Z’ and then make a screenshot and post it here?
If there is no work for them to do, they won’t do anything. It’s not like most games where they stay at their desks 24hrs a day. They will go to a staff room if available, otherwise just sit around.
Security is the exception

Can you pull up your job tasks? It’s under the Operations tab. Is any of them delayed?
Is your checkpoint also set to accept employees as well, or just passengers?
Both my security check points are set to allow both. Also none of them say delayed.
They can get in but they can’t get out. Your security exit is wrongly positioned. It should touch your secure area
