Does the qualification,Stress and attitude attributes have any affect to their in game performance?

Example If I hire ramp agents with red bars in say skill or stress does that affect the efficiency will they work slower? causing delays…If a gate agent has a Bad attitude or janitor will he clean less efficient,will the agent’s attitude cause backups?

I believe it does.
