Specifying Lanes - Baggage Vehicles

I am not sure if I am missing it, but there doesnt seem to be a selection for baggage trucks on the list of what is allowed or denied.

Is a baggage truck a service truck or car?

Also the yellow background with the white writing gives me a headache so I wont look at it any more tonight.

“Service trucks” are the vehicles that haul baggage, so that would be the name you’d look for in that list.
