Strange bug that happened to me on 0.22.3 experimental, it doesnt effect gameplay just looks weird, some people are blowing like they are radioactive… 
That’s not a bug it’s a feature.
It’s highlighting which PAX or Staff are assigned to a flight, checking desk, shop etc.
Click each boarding desk and you will see where all the PAX are. Click the plane, you will see the ramp agents assigned to it.
Click a food outlet and you’ll see which PAX are going there. I’ve found it quite useful especially when boarding starts and you see you’ve still got PAX to go through security.
