I hired my staff, and have a staffroom that connects the non-secured area to the secured area. The staff arrives, then just stays at the sidewalk and doesn’t enter the terminal. I’m new to the game, so excuse me for probably missing the obvious, but please help! 
It appears to me that you have used windows instead of doors, sir.

EDIT: Also, you need a space in between check in and the security lines so staff and passengers can get to the secure area.
