My vehicle cannot leave via the entrance tunnel after rebooting the game.

It’s bug and it will be hotfixed asap.
Had that yesterday when I put the construction workers drop off on top and the construction materials drop off below on the same road. Caused mass hysteria like your pic. I see some patches today so looks like it was fixed thank goodness
