Small stand problems

I have a problem with Small stand, that I want to demolish, but when I try to close it, it says «Can’t close stand with a flight assign to it». I have no flight assign to it, and turned off commercial and general aviation. Why can’t I close it, and demolish?

I have also people waiting for a flight to the small stand. I have no runway connection, turned off everyting I can, closed the airport and they are still there. Can we get a «throw all passenger out» button?

Press F10 and "Send all passangers home"
