As you can see in this screenshot there are service vehicles that are arriving to the stand and stopping but carrying no ramp workers to the remote stands.

The stands already have a space for the service cars. You need to place the service car stops near the terminal or better: staff room. The ramp agent will go to the service car stop and the service car will bring them to the stand.
Thanks for the advice, unfortunately there seem to be no ramp workers showing up at the pick up point.

Did you assign the service car stops (those next to the terminal, not at the stand) to the stand? Only with the connection the ramp agents will know where to wait for which flight.
Yep, I did. I have since solved this issue but unfortunately i’m facing another issue where my ramp agents won’t move once they’ve arrived on stand

Do a ramp agent reset in the debug panel (F10)
On this picture, I do not see a security checkpoint between the ramp agent pickup zone (secure) and the terminal (unsecure). Same for zoning of the zebra’s to the baggage bay.
