Can anyone help me? It seems I have plenty available Service Trucks but it says there is a shortage. There’s no massive problem but I am having some flights delayed due to baggage not being loaded on time.
I haven’t been on this thread for a while so sorry if the issue has already been reported.

I don’t think that there’s an issue in this particular case, this panel is in some senses not very intelligent and does not consider flight jobs that are available or un-available, it just checks if there are jobs for service trucks or not.
In the new UI we have a new process panels that in a very much greater depth can highlight what exact process is delaying an aircraft’s arrival or departure.

I am having the same issue, i have over 35 Service trucks and plenty of ramp agents but it still says that i have a shortage
