Is there anyway to consider changing how the security shifts change out their employees? How about the ones working don’t leave until all the replacements coming to work show up? That way you don’t have downtime where the security lane is unmanned, and then you no longer have however many passengers decide their fed up, go to another lane, and cause massive delays.
If the staff zone is close enough to the station, they’ll be in time. That being said, i do think they should leave the staff zone a little sooner. But i wouldn’t have them waiting for replacements, wich would be a violation of employment laws in many countries. Of course we could wait for what’s in the pipeline (Trello)
