This time is for real and I finally somehow figure out the dynamics of the game.
Game is very impressive and very interesting, it takes a lot of understanding, appreciation and most of all comprehension.
I have again started a new airport based north of the PH @ San Fernando and named it San Fernando Regional AP total of 8 Medium Stands 4 already in operations, two JF depots two Vehicle depots, one super structure with 6 car drop offs in between two bus drop offs.

Bus arrives, People get off their buses and cars, make sure they have x-walks and sidewalks then comes in the building - walks around, a few goes to the info desk, walks around again and loiter - checks the washroom, loiter more - then sits and more loitering, checks in, then goes thru security, clears security to walk freely in secured areas such as boarding halls - areas then wait and sits till their flight arrives.
For the flights, Accept CA then work the scheduled flights as you see fit, (mine was a dedicated AL per Stand) needed to make sure Aircraft stand is connected to both boarding desk and security checks and taxiways has nodes to and from Runway and Stand, enough space to back up the AC for the set push back points for the AC and making sure the push back points will not cause traffic between inbound and outbound flights to avoid delays for Medium sized AC’s and set a holding point with
enough room for the departing flight to power up and avoid jet blast and debris and most of all to avoid collision
For the Utilities, sign a contract to obtain AV/JF and making sure that Fuel Contractors from public road to service roads goes to security checkpoint, build Vehicle Depot, then set up Aviation Fuel or Jet Fuel Depot, acquire adequate service vehicle such as Fuel Trucks and Push-back Trucks to cover for all IB/OB traffic.
