Retail Director
They can negotiate retail and food room contracts so by having this director you could earn an extra xx% per sale/completion. There could also be an extra skill if ticked by the ceo that they automatically sign contracts on your behalf ensuring the best contract is in place for the room. This Director can also research and unlock more types of retail unit such as foreign exchange, car hire, hotel booking desks, small kiosks, vending machines etc
I think this is basically the HR-director you are describing, but I agree that he could be more influential, and have more “power” to auto-sign contracts and such. I also liked the idea of foreign exchange
I believe, this is still CEO’s work to be done - signing contracts. But I agree, re-assigning a working contract should be optional and possible. Like if the franchise meets its numbers, they will re-sign the contract. If not, you might have to re-negotiate.
I also would like to see smaller solutions like small vending booths, selling machines to be step one in the food/store franchise road. Maybe being able to have those without strategy director and unlocking food franchises.
