1.  employee attrition 
   

2.  employee demand-strike
   

3.  global market affecting the cost fuel etc

Without being rude, I’d really like to extend that you use the search function! Both this topic and the other one you’ve created have been mentioned or touched on by the community, and even the devs. Feel free to look around!
