Whenever my light commercial aircraft land, my refueling trucks only refuel the planes half way, even though I have enough fuel in the depot and the trucks still have fuel in them. Can anyone help me out here?
Re-fueling was completed, right? If the pilot just ordered a half full tank you can’t bill him for more. 
Yeah but the flights are always delayed…
So re-fueling wasn’t completed? (100%) … if the fuel truck doesn’t complete with 100% (that’s already in relation to how much an aircraft ordered) and it doesn’t leave the stand after re-fueling it’s a bug. In my games that’s a really really rare bug. You may post a bug report if it happens that often to you.
