Hire more ramp agents! Small stands require 2 and medium ones require 4.
I had this problem and solved it by dragging a secure area across the cargo bay and the route to it… Ramp Agents will only work in a secure area.
At first I thought it would have to be a staff area, but no - it has to be secure.
I’ve had the same problem, only when a large amount of aircraft are on medium gates (5-7 or more). Any less they operate fine (this is on the ramp and on the baggage system) I’m guessing it might be due to how they are scheduled within the cpu and not allocated enough time to complete their job.
It sounds like to me when you have a full board of flights you don’t actually have enough agents.
I probably have over 100 ramp agents for all the gates. I think i have enough of them.
