Ramp agents not sent to stand

Remote Medium stands are causing me an issue

All the equipment is in place, but the Ramp Agents are not delivered by the Service Car (which I am currently resolving)
There are now surplus Ramp Agents, but the aircraft has been abandoned

I have attempted to Dismiss the aircraft, but nothing happens

Is there any way to send / refresh?

Can you show the service car stand?

Ramp Agents : 139
Terminal 1 : 70
Terminal 2 : 69

The entire airport is Secure Area 1

The Service Car stand has two staff areas nearby
The one to the left is primarily for (Baggage) Ramp Agents
The one to the right is primarily for Security and Passenger Service Agents

The Service Cars turn up, but there are no Ramp Agents

The issue is when I next look they are in the staff room
I am looking for some method to resend / refresh the Service Car and send it to the Remote stand

Can you show zoning of the Service stand?

The entire Terminal 1 is Security zone 1

Is the stand an International stand? If so, is the service stop too?

The Remote stand is a Medium Domestic

Where a stand has a Jetway, it is connected to the Terminal and International, and is on Floor 1
As you can see there are only Security Gates and is on Floor 0

Where is the parking of the service cars? If they have to drive ages to get to the service car stop, it takes longer to arrive.

All the vehicles arrive without any problems

When the Service Car arrives there are no Ramp agents!
They arrive from the Staff Room next to the Boarding Desk about 10 minutes later

As a result the Service Car leaves without them

I have noticed though that about 30 minutes later the Service Car cycles again and picks them up

I am looking for some method to synchronise them together

I have been observing another flight
Again, Ramp Agents do not use the Service Car at any point (to or from Remote Stand)

Equally, the Ramp Agents are not using the Staff Room nearest the stand (Yellow)
Instead they are using the other one (Blue)

Oh yes I see. This is kind of a bug which I have reported a very long time ago.

The remote stands deploy ramp agents from the closest staff room to the remote stand and not from the closest staff room to the service car stop.

That means the ramp agents have to walk all the way down to the service car stop. In the meantime, the car leaves without them.

Can you send in a bug report? May the devs will take a look at it this time.

Yes, eventually if required (more than likely as it will probably affect the next Terminal I am about to activate)

I am still expanding and revising until all the Stands are in place, so this problem might resolve itself

I have now activated Realistic International, reduced the Turnaround time from 120 to 90 mins, and do not allow night flights (so that there is 6 hours recovery for late arrivals and stand blocking)
This has reduced the delay from between two and 12 hours to usually no more than three, as the flights are no longer back-to-back

Equally, I managed to reallocate many of the required vehicles (in another topic) and it has stopped them just driving around aimlessly

Obviously the Remote stands are Domestic and the above changes have little affect, but it means I can see them easier

The Departure Bags have not been collected and sent for loading!

To make it worse a Baggage Truck turned up with no baggage on the carts

Three more departures

Now it gets worse…
The vehicles I had assigned have lost their assignment, now showing as Unassagnied
I noted two that turned up were unassigned
The assigned Shuttle Bus was still Idle!

I had my suspicions when it as swapped from a simple drop to drag and drop (another topic)
