I am getting this symbol when I opened my new Bag Bay.
I have enough Ramp Agents however they cannot access it. They walk right past the doors to go in.
The other bag bay that works is BEFORE the secure zone. This new one is AFTER the secure zone.
Both are zoned STAFF and both are NOT zoned secure.
Any ideas?
so this bagggae bay is in secure side of terminal but it is not marked as “secure” zone?
Do you have a wide screenshot of your airport? Especially with zones enabled would be very useful.
If it is “behind” a secure zone, make a “secure exit” so they can get to it, or make the baggage handling area secure.
