Can you remove a wall without removing the foundation? Seems like I’m having a problem with this because I want to remove a wall but it just goes and removes the whole foundation.
You can use the bulldozer to remove a specific object

You can select wall on construction menu and the while pressing LCTRL, you can demolist wall.

Don’t think there are any restrictions… Just try to guess and look for a good balance.
