Does the game assume Large Planes available when you finished researching the Ultimate Licence?
That is the only reason I can come up with, why my contracts just dropped to 0% satisfaction without any reason.

How did you get the Maple (red) and Swiftly contracts with a yellow rating? They are 5 stars, they seem to be given after the overall rating is above 85%. Just asking. )

Suitcases, yes, but I did that for ages, then why the sudden drop and not drop over time?
I dont know. So there were actions that led to such a result. Ask the developers.
