This means that if you search for i.e. ‘Weather’, you get 50 results, but that might not include the most interesting posts. With 50 results it will say ‘No more results found’… but i think that’s just Hal being lazy 
If you want to know what a developer said about a certain feature, add ‘@olof’ or ‘@Fredrik’ to your search, to limit posts that are made by them
