Hey,
I noticed that when you man check-in & boarding desks with only one employee the passengers still use both lanes. I would suggest that they then only can use one of the two and therefore everything takes longer to be done.

Gah I wanted to report this too. Well whatever, guess they know about it now.

They are set to be maned by one employee
This is a bug, they should only check-in on the side which is staffed. Will get it fixed.
