Hi everybody, I’m not sure if this has been fixed as I haven’t played the ACEO in a while but in EVERY medium gates I build and operate, as soon as my pax get off the plane, it seems to be stuck. this is not a problem with remote or without jetways, but with jetways. They seem to be stuck on the jetway and unable to get out. I have found a way to solve it, by deleting the zone and rezoning, but has this been solved?
In this case you always have to make sure that the jetway exit is zoned. There is no auto-zone at the moment. Specially when the stand is international it is always recommend to rezone that part before opening the stand.

Yes, what andyc said is right. Only thing I can add is that you don’t need to delete the zone. Just redraw the security zone or international zone at the jetway connection to the terminal. I generall just redo the zone over the entire terminal wall.
Can you include a few screenshots with zones enabled?
