Ive searched for a topic like this but I dont find anything.
I’ve got a problem with passengers who sit at the gate and don’t board their flights.
45 /56 passengers are boarding the plane but the other 11 pax don’t want to.
When I “sent the plane away” the passengers stand up and leave the airport.
Is this a bug or did I something wrong?

Are you sure that PAX sits near gate? Or they stuck at shop restaurant security etc?
Yes…they sit in front of the boarding desk…When boarding started ,some pax stand up and board the plane and some still sitting at the gate. And they leave the airport when I send the plane away

do you have more than one secure areas? Cause I had a smiliar situation cause of two diffrent secure areas.
No i’ve got only one secure area
My pax are stuck outside of secure zone exit gates and in toilets weirdly enough. Already logged a bug and provided save game as well as screens for that to the devs so they can investigate.
