I know multifloor buildings will not be implemented yet in the game, but can be useful to have something to separate passengers flows. I want to suggest to create some corridors that not interfere with the other buildings: Overpass or underpass; in a similar way baggage are handled.

This is an excellent suggestion. I have no idea how easy or hard it would be to include in the game at a later stage for both passengers and vehicles.

In my mind the idea is pretty simple: you place 2 or more stairways at the ground floor and than you connect them with invisible corridors, the passenger can enter in one of the stairways and “magically” get out of another (connected).
That part is simple yes, but the pathing logic has to be adjusted as well to take these stairways into consideration.
I’m not saying that is particularly hard to do, but i have no idea if the developers will - at this point in time - spend time coding - and testing - this feature.
They are trying to get the game ready for a first pre alpha release, so adding features like this are not high on their list of priorities i assume

Developers said that their future target is making multi-floor. When they make it, this kind of system won’t be necessary.
If they do - in the future - add multiple z-levels, i hope they take inspiration from Dwarf Fortress with DFHack Dwarf Fortress has multiple Z-levels, but in vanilla, it only shows 1 level. DFHack is a… let’s say mod for want of a better word, that - among many other things - adds viewing of multiple z-levels. The current level is ‘full color’, while up to 4 lower levels are shown progressively darker (if nothing is in the way), which makes it very clear what happens on the current level and what happens lower, preventing the disappearing of objects when it changes z-level
We covered this in the “tiny suggestions mod” already. There the response was that implementation was quite easy.
Could you link to the post? I see no answer from the developers concerning overpasses or multiple z-levels.
Certainly not in that thread. The only answer that i know of is this one (which is quite old)
