Just something I’m creating for my Youtube videos. Its horribly inefficient with the service road going around the runways… I didn’t think far in advance how this was going to work . Also, expansion is now incredibly difficult with the service road limiting the room I have (I’ve realised I will have to just delete the road and relay it another time. Any suggestions how to improve this monstrosity? I’m planning to possibly add a terminal for larger jets on the side opposite to the first terminal. Any feedback on how to improve would be much appreciated

srevice roads can cross over taxiways so no need to go on a massive lap of the runways to join up the left & right sides

Yes build your service roads over the taxiways.
You don’t need the patchwork of taxiways in the GA area - you could eliminate the middle and still have an efficient taxiway system. You can keep the taxiway foundation, just delete some of the taxi routes.

If you’re introducing medium gates for jets, the northern most GA stand is too close to the taxiway, so the jet wing will clip the aircraft. Has no effect in game, but for realisim, I’d address that by closing that GA stand. Medium jet aircraft like the 737 and A320 need 7 large squares width. That is three squares each side of the taxiway centre.

Or build your service roads through the terminal. The passengers don’t mind fuel trucks with 20 tons of fuel running over their children, as far as I can tell.
