I seem to have become a CEO whos reputation has gone through the floor due to fuel truck drivers not getting to the GA planes in time to refuel.
As you can see from the 1st screen-shot below I have 24 small stands up and running, I also have 11 Tankers able to work.
But STILL I seem to be getting messages that a plane has has not received the requested service 
The second screen-shot shows that although there are only 7 planes parked, I still get the message come up… - It seems to me that something isn’t right if 11 tankers cannot refuel 7 planes in time.
Anyone got any ideas?

Just as an update to this…
I was watching my GA flights this morning, and it seems no-one has any regard for safety at my airport…
Several times in the space of a few minutes I noticed GA planes that were in the middle of re-fuelling suddenly taxi away from the fuel truck. (I know they were in the middle of it because the fuel truck showed it was spilling fuel all over the stand (the little fuel arrows)
This of course caused me to get a lower reputation…
Please @Fredrik @Olof , if you read this, put a check in that if the plane is re-fuelling then do NOT back off the stand…

Another update (running experimental branch)
I tagged a plane just as it was landing and what I saw explains why the pilots are not waiting to be re-fuelled and are not getting the service they asked for…
As you can see in the screen-shot:
It’s landing time is: 13:36
It’s take-off time is: 15:53
HOWEVER: the current time at the airport is: 17:21
This makes it NOT the airports fault, so I should not take a hit in reputation due to some drunk pilot flying all over the country making himself over 4 hours late.
