Have a look at that thread, it did solve that players issues not being able to play. Sorry I cannot be more help.

I don’t know windows anymore that well. I stopped at XP.

To run as an admin:
Open file explorer > C drive > program files x86 > Steam > steamapps > common > airportceo > right click airportceo.exe > run as admin
That’s just off the top of my head, not on pc right now, there might be an extra step.

You can also right click the ACEO icon and “RUN as admin”
