My Shop Staff aren't Going To The Shop!

See my post on the other topic - the shop needs to be marked as secure as well (ie the tiles within the shop room need to be marked as secure as well):

Looking at the image, the door on the right hand side between the terminal and the footpath is not zooned as secure, so the passengers cannot pass through the door; you’ll need to zone this as secure. Annoying, when you place a door on a section of wall, it will not be zoned secure automatically as walls tiles cannot be zoned, so the tile underneath will not be zoned when the wall tile is removed. I know with one of the latest patches the shops have business hours now not 24/7. Might be:

1. Is the area under the shops secure (don’t know if that matters)?

2. Are the security gates passengers and employees?

Everything behind the security check needs to be marked as secure zone. Including rooms and doors.

How long does it take for people to make a purchase?

Nobody can get to the rooms as they are unsecured and only accessed through secure. Zone them secure and it should work.
