As somebody working in aviation for the past 6 years, i think it would be great to include the following:
- Rent out floorspace in terminal to retail and food outlets
- Have multiple ground service providers (fueling / ramp / include cargo operation etc)
- Car parking - most airports revenue comes from car parks
- Have more control over ATC operations (e.g strategy - risky = more flights handled but potentially incidents // safe = less flights as spaced further apart but less incidents. )
- Stands to have a marshaller to bring aircraft on stand or you updrade to AVDGS
- General maintenance // runway friction testing // facilities personnel // taxiway lighting // bagged systems
