Life at Apoapsis/Unionize! Achievements - Staff Happiness

For the in-game achievements “Life at Apoapsis” and “Unionize!” it requires a “Staff Happiness” level of either above 90% or under 10%.
How do we view the current level of “Staff Happiness” in the game?

Since it would seem (clarification requested above) that we cannot see nor monitor “Staff Happiness”, what are some things that we can do to ensure it remains high (or low)?

We’ve added a label in the staff tab of the management panel now which indicates the staff happiness percentage!

Thanks Olof… now I need to determine how to improve from 80% to 90%.
