All airports have landing fees for all aircraft, these are categorised usually by the weight of the aircraft. These go to the airport company. Some airlines create deals with the airport to reduce these fees.
Will these be available for the CEO to adjust for each category of aircraft? and will reduced landing fees be apart of some airline contracts?

Yes, there will be a way to change the landing fees for the three aircraft weight categories (light, medium, heavy). There will also be some modifier, which can make airlines pay more or less depending on their offer and overall satisfaction.
