L1 Parking Lot using UP Tunnel [solved]

Hello,

I created 4 parking lots about ( Level 1) using UP tunnel and since it auto opens the lot after building it, I had vehicles started parking there. I closed all 4 parking lots but decided it’s too hard to build the parking lots on L1 so I deleted all 4. All the vehicles moved to the road and I can’t get rid of it.

Can you share a full screenshots and at daytime? It’s hard to see the issue.
Is the world exit reachable?

I tried to reload my save but the vehicles are all gone. It looks like it fixed itself. Thank you.
