Ramp Agents won’t go to work.
They are displaying the block path symbol. When I look at what they’re trying to do, they are trying to walk to an inaccessible edge of the map.
I’ve tried looking in the debug panel but could really use some help!

There could be a couple of reasons why your ramp agents are misbehaving. First one I can see, you baggage area should really be connected into a secure zone with associated pathways and exits as required.
There’s also a bug that put’s things in the bottom left corner.
I’d try securing things first though and then doing a save and reload to see if that helps your situation.
It is reported to developers. But you can also report the issue via in game bug report system.
