Janitors can't get through security but other employees can

It seemed to work fine before the last update, but now for some reason my janitors keep saying they can’t find a nearby security access point. All other employees and passengers have no problem going through security, but the janitors just hang out in the unzoned area. In the screenshot below, you can see that there are a number of security access points nearby (5 in fact plus 3 more on the other end of the terminal.

It seems like a pathing issue, but I have no idea how to fix it. There are staff rooms both inside and outside of the secure zone.

Can you file a bug report and include the save? We’ll have a look at it! :slight_smile:

I actually managed to fix the problem by clearing all job tasks and then regenerating them. All of the staff basically reset themselves then went right back to work.

Would still like to have the save prior to that reload so that we could find the root cause… however if it occurs again maybe you can send in the file?

It happened a couple of times later and was fixable in the same way, so I’ll send in the save as soon as I get one.
