What does this mean, does the HR Director recruit for you? What do they do?
Good question. Lol. My guess is that particular feature isn’t implemented yet. I know the HR person allows you to set wage parameters though.

Yup: currently hiring board members only have the function of unlocking certain game play elements like the salary slider. Otherwise they don’t actually do anything at present.
