My airline rating keeping on going down because I dismiss the aircraft. The reason why dismiss the aircraft is because the aircraft is not taking off and it delayed all of the flights.
Did you bugreport this? atm baggage handling is a mess if you ask me, my rating was 100% all the time, now its more like 0% all the time.
Can you show us your airport layout? Also do you have pushback trucks?

I have lots of Pushback Trucks. My airline ratings continue to plummet as well. Flights are constantly delayed despite that I service only 3 flights per gate per date and have 2+ hours between flights.
yup,i have the same problem.
Sometimes my push-back trucks don’t leave their depot until departure time causing delays
