It doesn’t give me the option to construct a large atc tower. Do I need to do a R&D project, or hire a member of staff, or something else? Thanks.
You will need to do an R&D project to unlock the large atc tower not sure which one but it will see what the r&d project unlocks before you start researching it
I think it comes with the large aircraft R&D.
I’ve looked and I can’t find it
In R&D the Ultmimate Comercial licence.
